The Gray Foundation, Inc. was established in 2007. The purpose is to promote
Irish culture, music and dance in Connecticut. The foundation provides
competitive scholarships and academic scholarships.
Gray Foundation is recipient of Ambassador Gift from
The National Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation
The Gray Foundation is pleased to announce that it is the recipient of the Ambassador Gift from the National Automobile Dealers Charitable Foundation in honor of Hayden L. Reynolds. As a result of qualifying for Ambassador status within the NADCF, Gary H. Reynolds, of Reynolds Garage & Marine Inc., may present a gift to a worthy organization every three years in memory of his great-grandfather.
The Gray Foundation is sincerely grateful for this generous gift, which will be included with the educational scholarships awarded each year. We thank Mr. Reynolds for his support of the Gray Foundation and commend him for his dedication to promoting higher education within the community.

Miss Maura & Miss Iris receive an Amabassador Gift donation to the Gray Foundation from
Laura Lee Wayland in memory of her Great Great Grandfather Haydon L. Reynolds.
2012 Adelaide Gray Memorial Scholarship
The Adelaide Gray Memorial Scholarship was set up in 1997 in memory of Iris and Maura's mother. Adelaide loved Irish Dancing and always felt that there should be a scholarship for Irish Dancers just as there are special scholarships designated to the various sports. She knew how important a good education was and that it should be cherished. Adelaide always felt that with a solid education your opportunities are limitless.
Open to Gray School dancers who are high school seniors graduating in the Spring of 2012 and planning to attend a four-year undergraduate college or university or to active Gray School dancers who are presently enrolled in a four year college or university as a full time student

The Gray Foundation is a registered 501(3)(c) non-profit organization. All donations to the foundation are fully tax deductible. Donations may be made at any time of the year.
Many companies have come to recognize the value of donating to non-profit organizations and have agreed to multiply donations made to these organizations by their employees. Please ask your employer if they have such a program and, if so, obtain the proper forms from your human resource department and forward the information to The Gray Foundation. The donor receives credit for both the original gift and the amount of the match.
