GRAY GILLAN OWENS TRACK SUITS
OIREACHTAS T-SHIRTS

at the Danbury War Memorial
from 6pm- 8pm
All track suits not picked up will be available in the
Gray Gillan Owens Practice Room at the Hilton this weekend
New England Oireachtas Reminders
• All dancers will receive their number this week or it will be in the Gray Gillan Owens practice room at the Hilton.
• Please make a checklist to ensure that you remember all your dancing necessities. (Wig, crown, new poodle socks, tights, trunks, dancing shoes, costume/s, make-up)
• The schedule is available here.
• Admission fees were collected with the entry fee so there will be no door fee.
• Program Book Sales (Mezzanine Level):

• Competitions start at 8:30 am on Friday, 8 am on Saturday and 9 am on Sunday. There will be mass at the hotel.
• We have rented a practice room, which will be available, all weekend starting at 7 am.
Look for the Gray Gillan Owens sign. Proper behavior is necessary. All your belongings should be left there neatly and not left around the ballrooms. The room is for all of our competitors. Please be considerate of everybody and keep your belongings neat and against the walls. It is a limited space and friends and relatives should stay in the public areas.
• Please take advantage of the practice room to stretch and loosen up.
• Ceili teams should be at the practice room at the following times:

| Sunday: | 15 and over’s | 1:30 pm | |

• The Youth Disco Dance will be held in the Labrinyth room on Saturday
night from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
• There will be a Parade of Champions each night after results
• We will have a spot to put used dresses but it will be unsupervised.
• Parents please note: There will be no camping at the hotels and please do not
leave dress bags on seats in the halls.
